With this plugin you can make beautiful interactive timelines. You can drag them horizontally or use the mouse-wheel. Click on each event for more details.
It uses the "Smile-Timline Widget" to display the timeline-data supplied. http://www.simile-widgets.org/timeline/

The Data for the timeline can be provided in the form of xml files according to the rules set by the smile timeline or in the form of ICalendar files created for example in Outlook or Thunderbird.
