UIC (UI Comments) is simply a component that allows you to integrate a comments system for your site joomla1.5 articles.
This component is very easy to use and it also contains an import system, which you can import the old comments on your existing site, so you need not worry if you decide to migrate your old comment system to UIC. The migration system currently supports: JComments, JomComment.
