This extensions enables lightweight adding of comments and ratings to content on your site. 
Key features:
* Anti-spam: No auto generated comments on your sites
* Lightweight: Easy and user friendly adding of comments and ratings
* Enable/Disable: Enable and disable function per category
* Report function: Other users can report comments
* Bind content so that they get same ratings

Remember to change the action "create" under the components permissions for the group you want to be able to add new ratings.
