Similar to Yousendit (Yousendit.com is not affiliated to us in any way). Matamko allows your web users to send files to each other easily. This helps increase the stickiness of your website and with the ability to display ads (for e.g. Google Adsense), Matamko gives you an additional way to monetize your web traffic. Highly viral and probably a MUST-HAVE for any serious webmasters!

Use this tool to empower your community users to send files to each other and convert new visitors into members (we allow you to manage the different settings for the public and registered user groups) so that you can reward visitors to sign up with you!

+ The new features for 1.3 of FileXpress are:

For Registered users only

- User can set a password to protect downloads
- User can set how many days files are available for download ( maximum set by admin )
- User receives an email when the deleted
- User receives an email when the file is downloaded
- User can download an activity log of downloads and uploads on their account

For Admin only

- A log capturing all uploads and downloads

We are proud to release Version 1.1

I wouldn't say it's a release for bug fixes. But apparently the zip file(s) zipped by the standard PHP libraries cannot open on Mac machines. And some users who allow their web users to upload large number of large files reported have problems with their servers' memory.

As such we have dropped the zipping functionality in Version 1.1
